This site sets no cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner. There would be nothing for you to consent to.
Why there is no banner
A consent banner exists to cover cookies and tracking that start before you agree to them. This site sets no cookies at all. Fonts are served from this site rather than from Google, images and video are served from this site, and there is no advertising and no tracking pixel.
It does count visits, but without a cookie and without anything that identifies you, so there is still nothing a banner would ask you to agree to. How that works is below.
Interrupting every visitor with a dialogue to cover one optional widget would be worse for you than dealing with the widget where it sits, which is what happens instead.
Counting visits
This site uses Vercel’s privacy-friendly analytics to count page views and measure how fast pages load. It runs on this site’s own domain rather than calling out to another company, sets no cookie, and records nothing that identifies you or links one visit to the next. The numbers are aggregate: how many people came and which pages they reached, never who.
The one exception
The home page can show a live TikTok feed, near the bottom. Loading it fetches a player from TikTok, and TikTok sets their own cookies and learns that you visited.
It does not load on its own. Nothing is requested from TikTok until you press the button, and the nine video covers higher up the page are served from this site and set nothing. If you never press it, TikTok is never contacted.
Local storage
If you do load the feed, your browser remembers that choice in local storage so you are not asked again. It stays on your device, is not a cookie, is never sent anywhere, and identifies nothing about you. Clearing your site data removes it.
Server logs
The host, Vercel, keeps standard server logs including IP addresses, for security and diagnostics. That is a server record rather than anything stored on your device, and it is described on the privacy page.
