Anonymous, aggregate traffic counts

Apart from the anonymous, aggregate traffic counts above, nothing is collected passively. There is no account to create, no profile built about you, and no attempt to recognise you between visits.

Three companies, each doing one job. None of them is paid for your data and none is permitted to use it for their own purposes.

• VercelHosting and cookieless traffic analytics. Keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostics, and counts anonymous page views and page speed. Their privacy policy.
• ResendDelivers form submissions as email. Their privacy policy.
• TikTokOnly if you choose to load the TikTok feed in the Most recent section. Nothing is sent to TikTok before that click. Their privacy policy.

Your information is never sold and never shared for anyone else’s advertising. It is not used to build a profile, not combined with data bought from elsewhere, and not used to train any model. There is no advertising on this site and none is planned.

Wherever you live, you can ask what is held about you, ask for a copy, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email info@kenningstudio.com and it will be handled within 30 days. There is no charge, and you will never be treated differently for asking.

California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act gives rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. No personal information is sold or shared as those terms are defined, so there is nothing to opt out of. The rights to know, correct and delete are honoured on request at the address above, whether or not this site meets the thresholds that make the Act binding.

If you are in the UK or EU. Form submissions are handled on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the box and send. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing the address above, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. The traffic counts above are anonymous and identify no one, and nothing else here tracks you, so there is nothing for the signal to change. It is neither read nor acted on.

This site is not intended for children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them. If you believe a child has sent something through a form here, email the address above and it will be deleted.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page rather than made quietly.
